Changing the way the world
thinks about water

It’s easy to think of water as an unlimited resource. But in reality there is a clean water accessibility issue for over 2 billion people and a potential water crisis projected for 2030. To help raise awareness, we partnered with m ss ng p eces and director Annie Saunders to create a striking interactive experience in Bryant Park during Climate Week. We installed an array of large, mirrored ‘water drops’ throughout the park, each of which featured a shocking statistic about how much water it takes to make simple everyday items, like a pair of shoes or a t-shirt. A custom-designed soundscape and motion-activated lighting helped immerse the tens of thousands that visited the experience.
